We access this data solely to organize and associate your email and calendar content with the correct client household within the Service, so that the information relevant to a given client is stored and surfaced in one place. We request only the minimum data necessary for this purpose, and only after you have explicitly granted permission through Google’s consent screen. We do not request, and cannot send, delete, or modify, your Gmail or Calendar data - our access is strictly read-only.
Shatterpoint’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Connected Microsoft Account Information: If you connect a Microsoft (Outlook/Microsoft 365) account, we access equivalent read-only email and calendar data from the Microsoft Graph API, for the same purpose described above.

Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visit, referring website, and actions taken on the Website, collected via Google Analytics and the standard technologies built into our website platform (Framer) and form handler (Formspark). Household-Scoped Organization of Google and Microsoft Data: Where you connect your Google or Microsoft account, we store the email and calendar data described above in our database, associated with the specific client household it relates to, so that authorized members of your organization working on that household can see a consistent, complete record - rather than showing you an entire, unfiltered inbox. This is the sole purpose for which this data is used.
AI-Powered Features: Data from connected integrations may be processed by our AI systems, including third-party AI infrastructure providers, to generate summaries and organizational insights within the Service. This processing is performed solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use your Google user data, Microsoft user data, or any other personal information to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models - ours or any third party’s - and we contractually require our AI service providers to do the same.
Customer Communication: If you reach out for support or inquiries, we’ll use your contact information to respond.
Marketing and Promotional Communications: With your opt-in consent, we may send you information about Shatterpoint products, services, and offers.

Retention
Retention of Connected Account Data: We retain data accessed through Google and Microsoft integrations for as long as your integration remains connected and you maintain an active account. If you disconnect an integration, we delete the associated email and calendar data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security purposes. You may also request immediate deletion of this data at any time by emailing contact@shatterpoint.ai.

We do not sell Google user data or Microsoft user data. We do not use Google user data or Microsoft user data for advertising or marketing purposes.
